About Me

I'm drawn to the mechanics behind how businesses scale, from capital decisions to the bets that either compound or collapse. At 24, I've already worked in finance as well as startups: one taught me how value gets measured, the other taught me where it actually gets created.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. The culmination of my undergraduate work was a thesis titled "Venture Capital as a source of financing for innovative enterprises in Poland", which included a case study of the Polish unicorn Booksy and an interview with the co-founder.

I hold a Master's in Management from the University of Warsaw, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Startup Management. My thesis was on "Scaling Strategies for Early-Stage Startups".

As part of my academic journey, I completed an Erasmus+ exchange semester at the University of Trento in Italy, majoring in Economics and Management. During this period, I participated in the School of Innovation (SOI), a recognized Italian program focused on entrepreneurship.

Work Experience

My path started at 18 with Rare Kicks, an e-commerce business in the sneaker resale market. Nearly three years of running it taught me about pricing, margins, and demand more than any classroom could.

My first corporate experience came through audit at one of the Big Four firms, KPMG, where I built a strong financial foundation and developed a deep understanding of what truly stands behind every number in financial statements.

After moving to Warsaw, I worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at Dentons, one of the world's leading law firms, gaining firsthand insight into how finance and legal teams interact in major transactions. Alongside that, I ran BizOps at BeBeauty, a beauty-tech startup, taking the product from zero to its first users.

Most recently, I joined Gralio AI, an early-stage AI startup, where I lead the go-to-market.

In my spare time, I enjoy competition on the football pitch, pushing my limits in the gym, and whenever possible, heading to the mountains.

GTM

At Gralio AI, I lead the go-to-market from scratch, running multi-vertical outbound campaigns. Day-to-day, I work across Claude Code, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Crustdata, and similar tools. When something is missing, I build it.

The first piece is an internal dashboard for managing multichannel campaigns, with built-in AI personalization that generates tailored opening messages per prospect by role and buying intent.

The second piece is Sinopia, a Chrome extension I built to automate target-account qualification. You define your ICP, and Sinopia checks any company page against those criteria in one click.
